Yes, i got into a top MNC with a good pay.Many would have congratualted me for my "efforts" for this and many who havent did the act quite before are in the process of congratualating and there shall be many to follow the 'virtue'.Congratualations include advices,assignments and may be egoes.But my thinking is that am i happy?I should be.The decession was mine only.But the factors as it comes and rules ,did have that impact upon me too to take the decession
"Dilemma" is one of the words in english that i found quite interesting in the literal sense.The factor that made me to re-remember that "old find" is what that made me to write this blog as well.Someone told me that if you have gain something you should have to loose something aswell.Is is that much true or can it be always true?I dont know.But isnt it that something lost is more painful than something gained,eventhough you gained a lot and only lost something?I think thatway.But yes,time is the best "healer" and "hurt maker".

The unrecognized heros
Who's a real hero?I usually think about that.Is a megastar in a cinema or a super-player of cricket or football a hero?A hero is one who can influence the hearts of others.Nowadays the world has changed so much sothat the world is in ur hands and u need only some mouse clicks with ur fingers to access that.But arent the majority of the generation 'missing' the real heros?i mean real-world heros?Ofcourse,anyone who can influence your hearts is a hero,but are these megastars so much heroitic that they are more heroitic than the real world characters whom they visualize in the screens?Are we people finding out those real world heros?
Many questions.
The sense of determining a hero is always restricted to our sense of determining things.isnt it?I may consider my father a real hero because i know his deeds.But ofcourse a hero is a hero only in his arena,and he/she may be a big zero in other arenas and sometimes i may be better than him/her.So i dont belive in hero worshipping nor am i a fan of my heros.But i think i dont have the knowledge or ability to say that we should only make this man or that man a hero.And therefore im not opposed to somebody making a actor a hero in their minds than anybody,but im strictly opposed to worshipping them as they are heros in all cattegories....
May be the great leaders may be heros of an era.Some of them who are more great may continue as ever lasting heros for sure.Their areas of heroitic deeds and the ideas they preached may be well admired and followed.And that too depends on people about their view-point .And im nobody to say about those great leaders.But have we ever recognized that there are heros than these 'recognized' heros who are unrecognized .
That thing is really a pity for me.I dedicate this thread to all those unrecognized heros who are dead or alive..Salutes to them..

Me and God
Iam a firm believer of god.But i had many sleepless nights earlier thinking about many things regarding god like are there so many gods?,if god created all of us,who created god?,if there is god,there should be evils and are there evils?,If there is god,isnt he the full controller and therefore the idea of atheism was also preached by him? etc
As i was born in a traditional hindu family and society,my thoughts were always controlled by that ideology.Sometimes i was also confused by other relegions and their idea of god .I was inspired by the example of 'elephant and blinds' to somehow get rid of that.And the society and media also had a influence in me for solving many of my doubts.
My assumptions are that there is a 'central power' in the universe.That is god.God cannot be 'seen','touched','smelt','tasted','heard' simply with our senses.But it is all these and/or above all these.Its all above that and we people are 'strengthless' to discover an extra sense.But there may be great 'hrishis' or 'preists' who can have those.But i read in some book that Vedas ,if my memory is right,its Rigveda preaches this ideology .But there are 'vigrahas' or shapes for god so as to satisfy a common man who cant get into his other sense.And about the theory of 'many gods' and 'many traditions',i think,can also be satisfied with this assumption.People of different cultures,eras needed a god and there discoveries are all god,but singly none is god(this can be explained with the theory of the blinds and the elephant).And when saying about christianity and islam,these theories also can fulfil the satisfying explanations.
And the question of who created god,to say the truth,still im not satisfied by the answer that my mind derived.But hinduism says that god was self created from infinity.Some other beliefs say god was always there ,is there and will always be there.But im still not satisfied with them....
And are there evils as the relegious books teches such as 'asura' and others that are considered to be evils in hindu tradition and 'satans' that is said in other beleifs?Isnt they something physical?And isnt the theory of god much more spiritual?Some taught me that if there is god,there is evil also.But my 'illetracy' is that is the evil deeds in the real life which is physical only mentioned in that way?May or may not,im somewhat confused.And though i dont have a real experience,i have many beleving stories regarding these things.
And another thing,i have to mention is that,if god is the controller and everything,why all these problems in this world?Cant god solve everything.But the answer that my mind gave is that god wants the life to be a fight between lies and truths.Then only there is a meaning.I dont belive that god is only truth.My belief is that everything which are considered bad like crimes are also god.If god is truth and lies are satans,i belive that god is power less.I firmly belive that if there is satan,then it is also a creation of god himself.
I dont belive in any relegion or tradition merely.But i belive in god,it may be called as 'energy' by Eienstin,power by atheists or whatever.But there is something which guides everything.And i belive that the largest temple should be our minds and we should place god there.
Though im a leftist,i belive in god.But my concept is not with respect to any compulsions or teachings.I have my own beliefs,may be true or false that time will teach me
And to add,im addicted to my dear Neyyattinkara Unnikannan.Hes my god,lord,best friend and everything.Im sure he had transformed my life.And ofcourse u need something called fate relegiously and luck by atheists and other scientific people for anything.I belive that he gave me many things.Eventhough im talking physically and not spiritually,hes my everything.I contribute myself as his 'kanikka' or 'contribution to my lord'...I dont belive in giving some rupees as kanikka.U take me whole Kanna as ur 'Kanikka'!!

My Dhanbad experiences
I have been at Dhanbad for more than 8 months till now.Dhanbad,the coal capital of India is only a normal north indian town(or city as they call).Someone said me that after Mumbai Dhanbad is having the largest per capita income in the country.Right or wrong,im sure about one thing,there are many billionaries in Dhanbad.
Dhanbad,an ordinary town in the state of Jharkhand...People having all types of woes such as no roads,no electricity,no proper maintainance and governance.The thing is that most of the people are illetrate.And the gap between the rich and poor is such wide that the rich compromises 20% and the remaining 80% are in pathetic condition.To add to the woes the dirty things like caste,relegion have their full control here.And my personal opinion is that the states like UP,Bihar,Jharkhand,MP any many more should turn into something like communism .Otherwise they'll remain as such for decades or even more.....
Dhanbad,which is the neighbouring district of west bengal have some 40% bengalis.There is a say in the office at Dhanbad where i work,If there isnt a bengali in the higher post,then nothing will happen in Dhanbad and i feel that the thing is quite true.
While saying about Dhanbad,i cant forget the Sr.AO(computer) ,BSNL who was my reporting officer,Mr.Amit Kumar Gangopadhay .I havent seen such a man in my whole life.I think many people have to study many things from that man.I think no one who have born to a mother can hate this man.Hes such a lovable person.And i dont have words to say about his qualities such as simplicity,his problem resolving capability,his patience,his attachment with fellow co-workers ,his quest for knowledge....Simply i can say he's excellent!!

What actually is a truth and a lie?
I'm sometimes confused with the real difference between the truth and the lie.May be the society have their terms and conditions for defining something as a truth or a lie.But the odd in this thing,which i found is that the societies may differ from region to region,relegion to relegion,caste to caste,creed to creed,language to language,culture to culture and so on.For example a truth in US may be a lie in India and a sin in Gulf and viceversa as well...And to add by saying about truth or lie,im not trying to say something right or wrong,possitive or negative,but everything under sun which can have both sides are tried to say...
But some people can say that still there are something which can have definitions to truth and lie.May be,something be there irrespective of all these what i've mentioned.But a large number of things are there which do not come under this cattegory
For example if u r an atheist in a communist nation,u r right.There are countries which allow gay and lesbian marriages.There are nations which encourages free sex or even sex as a bussiness or a part of their tourism program.Some countries are completely capitalistic.Some nations consider their relegious beliefs and what their forefathers have written in those relegious books as the right thing.many are still very much conservative and they belive in so.Some nations do not encourage death penalties whereas some even cuts ur body parts for small crimes(and to say the 'small' and 'big' in that respect also differs in this manner)!!And the list continues and continues.....
If you project that a right or wrong is with respect to your society,still there have problems.Is something right or wrong is defined for the majority of a self sustained society?Dont the minority have to abide by their majorities?Another odd thing here to say is that a thing which may be proposed as lie by majority and truth by minority can change reversibly in the future course of time.
And there may be some silly things,which in my opinion such as saying lies,showing partialities,violence,extremism which some one can say as a generality amoung the socities,but there are exceptions,to add.
And im sure there will be no such day so that the laws of the world for defining these things universally will come....
